Southampton have held talks with Paulo Sousa, the former QPR and Leicester manager, about replacing under-fire manager Mark Hughes. (The Times) 29/11/18

I'd rather Southampton keep Mark Hughes but 'Jack' Sousa not a bad replacement...for those around them!

Agreed would prefer Hughes, but Sousa a defensive coach is pretty poor, he may organise them a bit more but doesn't have a fantastic record !!!

Think he's worse than Hughes! Hasn't done an awful lot over here.
