Neal maupay anyone ? January signings too strengthen

Lets be honest we need a striker who can score goals and link up the play

Watched this guy a few times always been impressed, 11 goals this season as well think he has a few assists too his name as well,

Coming from a mid table championship side i think hed set us back between 8-12 million, in our price range ?

Were a bigger club than brentford i know so it would be a step up for him ?

Warnock type player ? Not exactly a big time charlie


If vinny is serious about us staying in the prem i think we need too spend at least 20/25 million in january on sensible signings,

A striker a rightback and possibly even a new centre half with pace as ours often get caught out
Or if we could find a quality rightback we could move bruno back in the centre and kill two birds with one stone
Opinions ?

Always liked the look of him whenever I’ve seen him. Seems a Chopra type of player. Deffo need a right back too.

Personally id go with Maupay and also look to bring in Ollie Watkins who would fit our team perfectly and he's only 22 very similar to Josh Murphy and would love to see them 2 on the wings with Maupay up front cause lets be honest Hoilett and Harris aren't good enough at this level and Camarasa is just a fill in out wide cause the other wingers cant hack it and this would allow him to play in his preferd CM role where he can have a bigger impact in the game. How can you say Harris is not good enough?? Hasn't had a chance yet! Also scored his first Prem goal give him a run and see,before writing him off has worked tremendously hard,got his chance and took it ,and has beefed up no end

Because i've watched him over the past 4 years and seen he has no end delivery and constantly falls over the ball whilst doing step overs. just because he scored a 3 yrd tap in doesnt make him prem quality Dont get me wrong id love him to prove me wrong but the fact that Warnock would rather bring on an under performing Junior Hoilett than Kadeem Harris tells its own story. Should we not buy a CM because Loic Damour hasnt had a chance yet? there's a reason they havent had a chance and its because they're not good enough which is why Camarasa is filling in at RM and Manga is playing RB. If we signed Ollie Watkins we'd have 2 premier league wingers. But hey its all a matter of opinions i guess

I too have watched him,he has obviously,as Warnock himself said,forced his way into reckoning, as you say,all opinions are what they are I think Warnock needs to drop Hoilett, as he is just not performing at all as for ken,he should be running through brick walls,to show he has what it takes in this league however as the boss himself has said"he needs to show more in training" whatever has happened needs to be addressed? Paterson has shown passion,work rate, and bags of desire,also scored 2 but is definitely not the answer,but bravo to him,he has done what is asked of him,ken needs a goal also,to maybe jog his memory of where he is right now,the premier league

I'd been thinking Maupay myself unless they can find someone from abroad . I think that's what they'll have to do for a right back.

Could be a good signing yes but still a gamble same as anyone within our budget really though i guess.

Huddersfield and villa have been linked with moves for maupay in january so i think interest in him could be high and could be a hard one to pull off
