If that’s the 2nd box then it’s going to be something to do with your internet

Yeah mini box in spare room.

Does any other wireless traffic put strain on mesh and cause drop out.

Is it just the mini box that is effected by the drop out or does it happen to other devices at the same time?

Worth a call to your ISP to see if they are pumping more speed down the line than your line can handle

I had same problems with just one of my mini boxes it's to do with internet depending on who you are with will depend how its resolved? Changing the frequency from 2.4ghz to 5ghz just for that box could help but from my experience sky q box doesn't recognise change in internet system need expert help from sky 1st before contacting internet provider.

As above you may need to split the frequencies in the router , what router do you have?

Do you have a sky booster box or just the mini and the q ?

Spoke to sky chap today and unless you got sky broadband you cannot use 5ghz only 2.5ghz apparently Q box automatically uses 2.5 need to ask sky what can you do about mini box dropping signal .
