Club shop...

New look but same useless staff

Took me 2 and a half months to receive my home shirt after ordering it and I'm still not sure any kids sizes have been brought out yet? The club shop could miss out on lots of extra revenue over Christmas if they don't get their act together.

Kids sizes in shop atm mate - staff probably won’t be able to find them though.

the staff arent the best in the club shop and for me the quality of the stuff this season has been garbage at best the silver away top bought it had printing on it had shirt done printing on back looked fine took it home there was a hole in front of top so took it back swapped it same size aparently printing done went to put it on morning of huddersfeild trip it was like a second skin took it back the girl behind till said whats the problem theres nothing wrong with top then measured it it was 4-5inches 2small even tho it was marked 2xl and tag said 2xl now third top printing has peeled off back and the visit malaysia peeling off front top literally on 20min 30c quick wash and it fell apart now on top number 4

Staff attitudes there are questionable at best.
Been in there probably 10 times in total - probably 3 or 4 with any satisfaction

I've never had a problem with staff in the club shop, in fact they've always been polite and helpful, I went in last week with my Daughter to buy her a home jersey, the girl serving couldn’t find one on shop floor however she managed to find one in the backroom, my Daughter was buzzing, she now has a City home jersey and a Wolves homes jersey as her Mum’s a Wolves supporter, when my Daughter told the girl in the club shop she was in hysterics, the girl made my Daughters day.

Well yes she didn't have to be so polite, helpful and have a chat with my Daughter, most shops these days they want you in and out, didn't feel that way down the City.

Too many fecking moaners these days, support the club, don't drown it with negative vibes "Mate"

Only speaking my mind based on my own experiences “mate”. Just as you were.
FYI i rarely post negatives about the club

Never really had any issues myself apart from this season when I waited 20-30 minutes to collect something I ordered and they had one person on printing shirts.. yet that takes a bit of time they should have someone collecting orders also but bar that been fine.
