A forum for all things Cardiff City

Team, manager, crowd and owner in total free fall at Craven Cottage today. Noticeable contrast to the way our supporters have stuck together and bolstered the boys through difficult early stages, ( Well done our fans !!!)
Very occasionally changing a manager when things are going wrong helps, but in the overwhelming majority of cases it's the final straw in wrecking the chances of a turn around - and it seems that Fulham are about to make exactly that mistake.
I never relish the sufferings or problems of others, but we must consider that such a meltdown by Fulham would be a strategic advantage to our own position.
It also occurs to me that their star striker, who has a close relationship with the manager , might well want to move if they do sack him. Very very speculative I know , but he's certainly the guy who could complete our line up and make a huge difference to converting our sometimes wasted goal opportunities.
I've seen for many years how often this particular club goes up and down very quickly and how their show business Luvvy supporters desert them at the first sign of problems . They were walking out in droves during the game , and if they repeat the habits they tend towards they'll soon get their blue scarves out and go three miles up the road to Stamford Bridge.

Arrogantly bleated on about how they deserved promotion more than us. Spunked 100 million maintaining a championship side.
Say what you like about our results but players manager and fans are all behind each other. Stay up or go down we are in a better position than last time and are far more financially sound. If we stay up there is a base to build from. If we go down when have a much stronger squad than the one that was promoted imho.

I honestly think we'll easily stay up providing we continue to improve. I'm afraid that we've just got to be philosophical about teams like Liverpool at the moment because only a few clubs can compete with them and they'll hammer everyone else in the lower half of the table too.
Actually, I think that as we improve and consolidate our standard we'll be going after a lot of teams rather than just trying to match them. We're certainly going in the right direction

Fulham fans are a bunch of arrogant and totally deluded ass wipes. The way they disrespect every other team as unworthy and truly believe that they are Gods Gift to football is really quite embarrassing
They describe us as absolute garbage but fail to realise that 1- we finished above them last season and 2 - comprehensively smashed them last week just like every other team they have played this season with the exception of Burnley.
Its really quite laughable that they fail to realise how there comments make them look so stupid, regularly slating other teams just before getting beaten by them.
Comments today on there forum stating again that Bournemouth is one of those teams that they should be beating, WHY?

Take a look at Bournemouths form this season, do some comparisons
How many more teams must take them apart before the penny finally drops that they are not anything special, in fact it is them 'THE MIGHTY FULHAM' that are the true garbage in the Prem.
Shit team, Shit owner, Shit tippy tappy football and shit results, at least we are moving forward where as Fulham are an absolute car crash.
WAKE UP FULHAM FANS, YOU ARE SHIT

Awful club and awful fans

Always liked them as a club untill they got a little snobby about their team last season. They look like a shambles at the moment but they'll pick up wins as they still have a lot going forward

Need to sort out their defence to start .

Allardyce would organise and keep them up, the longer they keep they keep Jokanovic the better, he's lost his way, and looks like a rabbit in the headlights.

I have read plenty of rumours about their owner and it seems the rot is at the top and filtering down to the team manager and fans.
Football is a small world so if they do sack their manager they might struggle to find a replacement who knows the PL and how to turn things around.

I agree the longer they keep Jokanovic the better. If the club and fans were pragmatic enough then Allardyce could be the answer, the trouble is they are deluded about their own ability and also I don't think they have the players to match Allardyce's way of doing things.

There's a gem on their board...

They've been up their arses for ages and now it's biting them squarely on it. Khans expression on Saturday looked like an angry circus ringmaster with his ridiculous Victorian tache. The Wembley bid was a pr stunt that went wrong and as much as I like a trip to Fulham, they just don't have proper fans. They should rename their forum to 'Friends Of Dorothy' as they are a bunch of Poofs.
