I think it's got to be something a bit Latino and full of energy. Trouble is that all the best songs like that tend to be Italian not Spanish.
I've got one great idea based around "Angelina" but that's Italian of course - could we get away with that?
Something around Viva Espania would work, but it's a bit obvious ( you know, like Viva Camasarra or something, although there's a spare syllable )

I could do something pretty good around " little white bull" ( like " he's our little bull" ) but I'm not sure whether it'd be insulting to him to call him a " little bull" . It could also be a compliment - what do we think ?
