I manage YMCA Plas community centre shakespeare st, cardiff cf24 3es , there are classes run there on sundays 5pm - 6pm

Yes that’s our club
I took the class there couple of weeks ago. Handy that you have lots of pads etc ,Makes my kit bag lighter
