No, not at all. Was at a Q & A session with NW where he said he had a further 10m to spend. Suppose you could question the quality of the signings or the fact why all of the supposed budget wasn’t spent. If it was 34m I would suggest that a striker was a priority.

I think Warnock couldn't get the striker he wanted and he wasn't prepared to waste 10 million on a striker for the sake of it. That 10 million will hopefully be spent on a better quality striker in January to what was available in the summer window. It's a gamble, but if Warnock panic bought, we could have quite easily had another Cornelius and then been left with nothing to strengthen us further this January.

Last thing we want us a panic buy but for me it was one of the priority positions. If we needed to spend more then I personally think we should have ahead of the other signings. Personally I think having the entire summer to get someone in he should have.
I don't see there being much of a bargain around come. January time.
I personally think it was a very poor transfer window and Warnock on that front is out of his depth with transfers at this level.

I think the signings were a bit lazy pick a few championship player he seen and liked. Arter hardly needed a scout to look out for. Casamara is the only one who isn't one that springs to mind as a natural warnock signing so maybe some scouting done on him.
Id have thought some players especially strikers would be put off by out style or lack of it and service to the strikers. If we paid for Mitrovic (not that he would have come) would we be any better off? I don't really think so, maybe he'd have finishd one of them at Newcastle.
We missed out on getting in to many positions. For me at least if we got a holding midfielder ie an upgrade on Gunner /Grujic we could have tried something different but we are just to light in midfield and the defence doesn't seem up to it. Maybe to much loyalty.
