This seems to me to be our big problem neil has not found the best of either, last season we had a pretty much same team barring injuries, and we stuck to the same system of play, taking wolves as an example they are playing exactly the same system as last season and have added new players into there play and are benefiting from it where as we seem to be lost trying to find what works best i just hope we find the recipe soon, and with the problem of players hoilett zohore bamba loosing there confidence and pehaps neil himself, it can't come soon enough

think your the first to start a thread on this . but yes
i was convinced this season would be a carbon copy of last season with a few like for like signings..
so puzzled at the tinkering { OGS got slaughtered for much the same thing }.

Spot on. We need continuity.
We need to find our best 11 and best formation asap.
And we need to fit arter camarasa murphy and reid into that 11 imo because they all have the genuine quality we need. Id go with this...
Etheridge
Manga Bamba Morrison Bennett
Camarasa Arter
Hoilett Reid Murphy
Zohore/Madine

That’s a good OP and something I was thinking.
Because we keep getting beaten Warnock keeps changing players perhaps to try to find his best team as I’m sure he doesn’t know it. It seems that he hasn’t got the confidence in his players.
Perhaps he should pick his team and within reason keep it. For example give Reid a run of games as how can he perform when being in and out so much.

There can be a lot of reasons for this. Different tools for different jobs. We have little squad depth and will crash and burn if we get a few injuries. But the most plausible reason is that we have a team of players who have never played at this level. They need to be tried and tested on who can step up. Some players are showing they can and others show they are not ready. Either way I’m always critical on tactics. And I can’t remember a team selection I’ve agreed with ever. Under any manager. Odds are they know a few things behind the scenes that I don’t, but looking for that balance is the fun part for fans aswell.

I think by now it will start to settle, he will now know who he can trust and who he can't, it has taken a while mind !!!
