Hi, just a quick question about a pair of signed Gareth Bale match worn boots I won at charity auction. Each boot is signed and from bales first season at Real Madrid. I'm not sure of value, I've put them on eBay at a high price to see what people offer. They are in same condition as they were when signed. Any ideas?

Signed by who ? Hate to put a damper on it but from watching a lot of Pawn Stars on tv over the years signed charity auction items are very often not signed by the actual person. Get them checked out by a professional and authenticated with a certificate ( not the one from the auction), may cost a few bob but at least nobody will doubt they're real. The sort of people who collect this sort of stuff seriously are usually very particular about such things.

I thought they were signed by a referee. Hahaha

I've got a picture of him signing them but it's not the original it's a picture taken of him signing in, luckily the person who hosted the event is also the person who tends his golf course, looks after his football pitch at his home. So hes sorting it out. I can get them authenticated easily and Gareth always gives a signed Madrid top to the event, this year he gave the boots as well.
Since I've put them on eBay I've had quite a few offers so hopefully should have a idea of value soon.
