I would agree and Chelsea like loaning our their young players. I think in a recent season they had 30+ players out on loan.

Think he’ll go out on loan either in January or next summer - will be interesting to see whether they think he’s good enough to go to another Premier League team or if he should join a Champiomship club.

Saw a recent interview with Chelsea manager who said he wouldn’t be going out on loan as he trains daily with the first team and is very much part of the 1st team set up

Played a lot of there preseason friendlies too I think. As a central defender though. Correct me if I'm wrong.
