Lee Peltier talks about Neil Warnock
LEE PELTIER:
“I’ve had him at two clubs and you’ve got to be with him to see what he’s like. he’s a really great guy. I’ve got a lot to thank him for and what he’s done for me and my career.”
“He’s straightforward and tells you what he wants. What he’s done at Cardiff is just unbelievable. It’s not just Cardiff, he’s done fantastic jobs at the majority of the places he’s been. I think he’s got his own unique way of doing things and you have to be there to see how he works and he’s got a great little team around him, Ronnie Jepson and Kevin Blackwell, there’s a lot of experience.”
“They create a lovely family club feel and everyone gets on with each other and I think that’s where it starts.”
“We haven’t got to where we wanted to be but we’ve had some good performances. We’ve been in every game and we’re finding our feet.”
“The gaffer’s been disappointed with the results and we could’ve won the games we drew but in general the performances have been good. There’s been a lot of positives to take from them. We haven’t been battered. We played Arsenal and gave them a run for their money and were unlucky not to take anything from the game. I thought we couldn’t won the game. But the difference was they had top class player.”
