Has it ever felt so good to lose?

Sun Sep 02, 2018 9:38 pm

I may be on my own here but some major positives to take out of the game today. I have never felt this good coming away after a loss. If we play like we did today against the lesser teams we will have no problem staying up! The crowd was immense today! Enjoy the season lads?!

We have to defend better than we did today. Good game and could'nt fault the effort, but we still conceded three at home. Fortunately we will not be playing against this sort of side each week, but can we reproduce this sort of performance against the sides who will be fighting it out with us at the lower end of the table. We beat Man C last time and still finished bottom. It's playing the weaker sides who will battle for every ball like us that will define our season.

Yes mate it did feel good despite the loss today. I think that first goal that Camarasa scored was the most ecstatic I’ve been and the biggest goal I’ve cheered for since Jordan Mutch scores against Fulham.

Absolutely terrific performance. I’m not knit picking like these negative posters because they are critisisng our 34 year old Sol Bamba and our consistent Captain Mozza against Aubamayang and Lacazette xD xD xD

What do some people expect haha. I don’t care if our defence couldn’t cope today, we will only face that sort of attack against 4 or 5 teams this season. Don’t be so dismissive and critical. Enjoy it!

To answer your question again. Yes it felt good to lose I wasn’t gutted at all because they deserved to win and I expected them to. But it was fun while it lasted

Was a bloody good game. Shame we can out on the wrong side of it.

So much for our 'anti-football'
