Neil Warnock: 'I've got to come up with solutions'

"It’s down to me a bit more than them. I’ve got to come up with solutions. What we could get away with in the Championship, we can’t get away with in the Premier League. You’ve got to change all the time as a manager, we’re slightly different from the other two promoted clubs and haven’t got the money they’ve had."

"I would have loved to bring in a striker but I’m not going to bemoan it. I want to try and enjoy the games against the big clubs and my tactics have got to be like that whether we win or lose - and that’s by giving us a chance to score goals. Everyone expects us to lose the next 3 games but I want to enjoy it.”

I think that's pretty spot on to be fair and 100% how im feeling at the moment. Warnock needs to stop thinking like a championship manager and get this team going. I think they have potential as they all work hard and pretty young group throughout.

I don't believe anyone thinks as a championship manager or a PL manager or an international manager. Coaching is coaching as far as I am concerned, and the only real difference is setting yourself up to manage the opposition players, who are obviously in a higher class compared to who we played last season. Seen top PL players who have picked up all their experience under the best managers struggle to make a success of things even in the lower leagues. All you can do is try and get the best out of the players at your disposal. I think virtually any manager in the PL would struggle to make an impact with the players we have at the moment. We are odds on favourites to go down for a reason, and not just because Warnock is our manager.

The problem has been from that ludicrous pre season tour of Cornwall where we learnt absolutely nothing to his very mixed dealings in the transfer window to his team selections his tactics on the pitch Warnock has been in Championship mode and it needs to stop, starting Sunday
