How is the guy signing for a London club if clubs can’t add players now?

I thought new rules were not even Bosman signings were allowed?

Might not be a premier league team.

Probably Leyton Orient.

Maybe a championship team?

Would be great seeing him turn out for QPR, Brentford or Millwall.

Could be a case or someone like Fulham / Watford are letting a player go from the 25 and replacing them with Toure... or is that still not allowed? Rules are confusing

its a bit of a grey area with such a gap between the window close and the September deadline for the squad list, ive read a number of times the list submitted to date are preliminary { no idea whats meant by that }.but there is defo scope within the rules to change/add { but not transfer or loan in } under certain circumstances { maybe long term injury / maybe a transfer out by another player }..no doubt we will all be much wiser about it as the weekend gets nearer..

If that's right then NML's injury, that will keep him out until the next transfer window at least, might give us room for manoeuvre for any free agent strikers ?

The rules do allow for the squad list to be changed outside of the transfer window provided the PL Board gives permission. Sounds easy but it's not as a club needs one hell of an excuse to get the squad list changed and that doesn't include the above scenario.

Apparently unless it is a Goalkeeper (specialist position) then you have no chance.
