Losing football matches is all part of being a supporter of your club,it's something you have to accept but what is totally unacceptable is what we saw last night,a total capitulation no fight no desire to win the game and a manager who had no idea how to put the wheels back on,most supporters will tell you,and I'm surprised you forgetting this foreverblue, that of course they want their team to win but will accept defeat if they see their team making a fist of trying to win the game, something that was sadly lacking last night

I agree the performance last night was dire but at the of the day we all know that warnock wasn't really interested in a cup run as much it would be nice, I can guaranteed in the competition that matters we will fight. You can't say in the last 3 games we haven't tryed because they have and we've been very unlucky to have not scored

Where were they all when we were losing on cold wet nights at Ninnian Park in the bottom division, I remember them days back in the 90’s stood on the bob bank when we were meant to be sitting down

Absolute nonsense. If you was there on cold wet nights in the 80s & 90s, you'd have been used to that drivel and would be delighted to see how far we've come, as that was true "tripe" as you've called it on a previous thread.
I can remember being delighted to get a corner in the old division 3 :laughing6:

We just need to give it our all this season. Its going to be a battle. Its not what anyone wants but thats the reality.
Spent nothing, had nothing, disliked by most.
Huddersfield were similar last season and they survived.
We are minnows financially ( not a bad thing after last time)
Just enjoy it. Keep the faith! :bluebird:

Some people shouldn’t have an opinion

Terrible turn-out for the game last night. The attendance for the Real Bet is friendly was far better. If Warnock treated the competition seriously maybe more would turn up, but I'll be there whatever. Lots left when we went 3-0 down, which was really bad. I think Warnock is a great manager, but he got everything wrong....tactics, selection, formation. Jazz is not a winger and why didn't Ward start?

If that was the case, then (like others including me) you should have more of an appreciation of how good today's times are in comparison; unless, of course, your retro spectacles are rose-coloured and you don't strike me as being someone who does positivity! ;)

agree...for about 20 years of my time watching Cardiff being on the same pitch as Norwich would have been seen as a big deal... my personal low point was a new years day game { i think, it was defo over the xmas period } a pretty decent crowd for those days turned up to watch Cardiff City 0 Maidstone United 5, we had a new CB who made Tomlin look like twiggy sent off.....the good old days eh..how does losing a lge cup game between 2 reserve teams compare to that.? it doesnt

I wasn't born until 93 and even I've watched some atrocious football over the years.
I've been to some right shit hole grounds.

I do get frustrated on occasions but that's usually due to my so called man utd / Liverpool 'fans' winding me up.

What a load of shite.

Didn't take long for the 'i went to Scunthorpe on a cold, wet January night, when we lost 6-0 but still sang to the boys for the full 90 minutes' to turn up.

It's in the past. Let it go.

Different era. Different supporters.

Different era, same supporters PLUS new supporters, without the new supporters the fan base would die, I understand that and my post has been taken out of context
