It's going be a season where we lose a lot more than we win. A cup run could be a welcome distraction we've 4 days recovery before arsenal. Including tonight there is only 4 rounds before Xmas.

I'd rest Bamba given his ages and Arter as he's been booked twice already and maybe Murphy with NML injury apart from that play are best XL

No Cup run for me this year rather we put everything in to staying up and consolidate

Good win against Norwich could work wonders for confidents amongst the squad. Hopefully get as far as possible.
