I have been very impressed with CB and the way he is going about his job as Under 18 coach. The way he talks about a high press and quick transition. Do we think he is nailed on to continue the rise of the bluebirds when NW finishes.

Yeah sure don’t see why he can’t be given a chance when Warnock decides to leave. Give him a year contract and If things go pear shaped with Bellers then we can replace him. Keep doing what we’re doing with Warnock atm and give Bellamy a budget to work with so whatever happens we’re in a good situation.
Absolutely no problem with giving him a chance as long as we don’t over commit and start giving him ridiculous money to spend if we’re still in the Prem.

Really don't think so.
Let's hope Sir Neil stays a while and has a say in naming his successor , who should be experienced in management rather than someone who used to be a good player. If that line worked , Olly would have won the premiership.
I've heard Craig Bellamy express doubts about our strategy and players and much as I like him, I wouldn't like that if I were Sir Neil.
I'd be thinking more about someone like Martin O'Neil but let's hope that's a way off

Would prefer someone more experienced... who though I have no idea.

i think there is a good chance we will appoint from within but it will be someone from the first team set up not someone from the accademy..

Craig Bellamy for me,would bring some much needed modern ideas to how the game is played on and off the pitch

Craig seems very knowledgeable on the debate program and comes across better than gary nevill and has been working with the younger players at cardiff for a few seasons i have said before that i hoped neil would have taken him under his wing but i think neil cannot be bothered with that at his time of life and craig probably wants to go in a different direction but would like to see craig take the reigns he's passionate about cardiff which goes along way, also his interview for the wales job was what was described as a Hollywood performace but that's another story welsh f.a.

Kevin Blackwell would seem a natural sucessor tbf

Craig needs to go to a lower league club to cut his teeth as a manager, Cardiff is way to big for him for the forseable future.

I’d be happy with McCarthy in two or three years when Warnock calls it a day. It all depends of where we as a club and where other managers are at the time though. But I like Mick as like Warnock he doesn’t take any shit.
