sure ive read that a number of times not just walesonline...
pretty sure its Football league clubs can loan players in until the 31st...of course we can loan to them

I thought the rule was we had to announce our 25 players by Thursday. Therefore we can sign who the hell we want after that day but they cant play until the January transfer window!! So in effect we cant sign anyone after Thursday and WOL are wrong.
