I'd rather we didn't buy rather than panic buy.

Warnock will have plenty of targets mate don't worry about that.

People are waiting to sign players in order to release others :thumbright:

so if he signs a player that was 25th priority on his list on deadline day its a panic buy because he could have but didnt sign him last week as at the time he still hoped to get players that were 3rd and 7th priority that didnt work out..?

Apparently Ken Choo was saying at the betis game that they have tried signing loads of players but a lot of players aren’t interested in coming... not sure how true it is and hope it’s not true

heard it said many times by many managers and owners down the years.

Maybe there's an element of truth in that and maybe it's because we're not offering wages as high as elsewhere?

The problem is we are not a big glamorous club based in a large city with bright lights. If you offered a player the chance to come to PL Cardiff or for example championship side Leeds, I am not certain he would choose us. We may as well face facts, this is a club that many players won't be desperate to come to compared to many other clubs.

I’d probably say it’s true that players don’t see us as a big club and the media don’t help matter stirring shit saying we’re a crap club!

I fear for us this season, I think we may cause some scalps but ultimately get relegated

there is seriously something very very wrong at our club if Warnock is forced to accept his 25th priority player, does that mean the club don't have the ability to bring in the first 24.....

I don't believe the "Warnock missed out on other targets waiting for Gruijc (spelling?)" simply because he was just a loan player, if the club are only focused on one player at a time then it shows our recruitment really is a shambles, this has been one of the worst transfer markets at the club. especially when you see some of the other players who have moved and you just think why haven't we enquired at least. Warnocks record on signings isn't the best, even at our club. although I am not expecting us to avoid relegation (not because of a lack of signings I just feel we are the weakest club in the club, however I am not concerned in that regard)
