Talking of ex players, anyone know what the story is with Peter Whittingham, he only played 5 times for Blackburn last season, not in the squad today, sad the way his career seems to be going in it's final years, he's good enough to be playing for somebody regularly or have I missed something and he's long term injured?

He’s past it now. Probably retire at the end of the season even his set plays were going down hill when he left us
