Quick update just to answer a few questions regards season tickets being sent out etc.

The club are expecting the bulk delivery end of this week of the majority of season ticket cards they have ordered; The staff will then work to get them printed with your specific details over the weekend and the beginning of next week, and have them sent out during WC 6th August 2018. Obviously this will depend on the supplier achieving their target this week.

Need to also consider other pressures the ticket office is currently dealing with; Real Betis game, the first 5 home games on sale, they also have all the wales autumn games going live, and sorting out the visiting clubs allocation for the August September games, so it is particularly busy period for the ticket office at the moment, but one they will deal with it as they always do making the deadlines in a professional manner.

I have no information from the club, but would anticipate Huddersfield will go on sale within the next week for the first stage criteria 4+ league games 2017 2018 season for current season ticket holders, and 5+ away games for 2017 2018 season for current club members. The tickets have recently been delivered to Cardiff City ticket office from Huddersfield.

Don’t really understand the ‘other pressures’ bit though as most businesses tend to sort staff and prioritise if they have a particularly busy time ahead.
That said, I always have mine well on time so can’t complain.

Payed for mine early bird been a long wait.

What a balls up it will be if the season tickets are not delivered to the supporters before the Newcastle game. What is their contingency plan if this happens. I suppose they would print and send out individual tickets to each season ticket holder.
