An interesting insight here on Neil Warnock from Clinton Morrison, who worked under the Yorkshireman during their time together at Crystal Palace.

Speaking to Sky Sports, the Irish international claims there were two very different sides to the gaffer.


CLINTON MORRISON:


“Off the pitch he was the nicest man in the world, but he was totally different in the changing room in how he’d speak to an indvividual.
But once he gets onto the touchline he’s like a different person, he’s like a raging bull.”

“He’d just go mad and start shouting at the players, but inside he would say that he was only doing that to get the best out of you.
It’s just the way his character was. He was that type of person and he was totally different to other managers.”
