So who do you reckon will win it?
The bloke who has won one of the toughest sporting competitions in the world?
Or the bloke who plays in two teams who won nothing this year but who won a trophy at the World Cup for scoring four penalties, having a goal go in off his heel which he knew nothing about and playing poorly throughout the tournament?
Oh well, I suppose it serves the Welsh boy right for supporting Arsenal.

do you want some salt and vinegar for that chip on your shoulder?
Geriant Thomas should of course be the answer, but footballs a popular sport and people will vote... not really a surprise.

Mo Farah won last year's award against the (bookies) odds and Geraint Thomas can do the same!
Always, of course, assuming those who want him to win get off their backsides (rhetorically) and vote!
