When do tickets for the first five home games go on sale for non-season ticket holders and members? And how many tickets are left for those games? I’ve already got mine, but it’ll be interesting to know how they’re selling and if there are any left for non-seasons and members...

I thought I read we only had something like 800 people who attended 7 or more away games last season? Who have the other 400 tickets been sold to

We have 29 players in the first team each of which would be eligible I would have imagined to two tickets each at least so there's 58. Plus theres 12 Management and backroom staff so theres another 24.

I am not sure how many people are employed down the Club but they are probably entitled to buy a ticket if they want to (I know they are cos I know some one who works at the foundation who's got one) then add in sponsors etc and there you have it.

It won't be so bad for other games it's just as the allocation is so small probably 1/3 was gone before they started.

I'm sure there certainly is a fair few given for staff and players but surely not a few hundred. Also surely of the people who were eligible for tickets not all of them can make it. If the away end is indeed sold out I've got no issue with the ticketing structure but if there is empty seats it would be a shame to see for the people with 6 aways who couldn't get tickets because they didn't lower the criteria.

That's not what I said mate, you haven't read my post properly which isn't like you to be fair.

Probably about 80 allocated to First Team Squad and backroom staff, that's normal and based on 2 each which isn't excessive.

Then you have the rest of the people who are employed by the Club, as I said in my post I have a friend who works at the foundation and he has always been able to get tickets and has one for Bournemouth, perk of the job I guess (that doesn't necessarily mean he's using it for himself either)

Then sponsors, how many do you think they have put aside for them, how many companies are pumping money into is, they will all be after their pound of flesh this season. I used to work for a company in Cardiff who had 8 season tickets in the Premier Lounge or whatever its called, you can bet your bottom dollar they have tickets for this.

About 300-400 tickets from every allocation we have this season will be put aside for this, before the rest go on sale to the fans. (the rights and wrongs of that are for another thread I suppose but that's how it works.)

84 Tickets to - First Team Squad and Staff (there's 42 of them) = 2 tickets each
60/70 Tickets to - Ticket office staff, receptionists, DVP Squad, Academy boys, foundation staff etc etc = 1 each conservative guess on how many would take them.
60 Tickets to - Borley, Dalman, Choo, other directors, shareholders etc etc, how many tickets would they take out for family/friends/business associates etc (another conservative guess)
180 Tickets to - Sponsors, Company's, Corporate whatever you want to call it who ask for tickets ad get given them.

There's your 400 pretty much.

Someone like Lawnmower or Annis may now better but I'm almost certain that's probably roughly how its gone give or take a bit on the numbers.

I think your pretty much bang on with those numbers.
It definatly helps if you people at the club it has always been the same regarding tickets. I dont think normal day to day staff are intitled to away tickets ( home only ) but its not hard to reserve them if they want one for themselves or family and bypass the criteria. At the end of the day its who you know that counts whether people like it or not. If the people who moan were in the same position they would use it aswell.

Dont forget supporters club pretty much get first choice before anybody else.
