Blackwell said he’s off to meet the player so assume all scouting done and permission to speak to player granted......NWs said no foreign charlies. Would love a mercurial talent like Arslan, but those reports have looked like hocum. More likely ti be a player like Gosling given budget. Exciting, looks like 5th signing is imminent.
Expect the striker to come in on loan on deadline day though.
