CCFC Booking office telephone rip off

Just checking back on my mobile bills and found that in March I was charged £43 + vat for calling the ccfc booking office. Surely this isn’t right!!!! It is bad enough veing charged but most of this was due to having to wait for an agent to speak to me ( a total of 1 hur 22 minutes on the phone). Has anyone else experienced this? It’s disgraceful, first for charging and second for being so inefficient then charging for that as well. Does anyone know who I should complain to?

Complain to ticket office manager or even better complain to Mr Choo as for tickets office try 03331243976 that's free for mobile allowance. Other thing can do is download weq4u app allows you to fone most premium rate calls at no cost to mobile allowance :thumbup:

I’ve experienced similar issues when ringing shortly before the Man City Cup game. The first time I spent about an hour on hold, before finally jumping up the queue to be informed the office was closed, hence I had to ring back. These were the only calls I made outside my allowance, which I have a £50 limit on. This was all used up, which quite frankly is disgusting.

Luckily, a friend then offered to help me due to a lack of computer literacy and I booked online.

Unlike football players, I’m not on £15,000 p/w, so I’ve not phoned them since.

Booked 3 tickets online on 17 july,not received tickets,they ignore my emails,and rip off phone number,disgrace.

Annis - as a suggestion, why not put this thread as an announcement at the top of the page? It could save a lot of fans a lot of money! Of course, the club gets less money if we stop paying their call rates, but I think this is a rather underhand way of making money. What do you/any other moderator reading this think? :bluebird:

Betis 6 days away,normally arrive within a day or too,cant contact ticket office to see if they have been sent out.

My Betis tickets arrived within 2 days of booking online.

Email the club and just ask to collect on the day. Won't be busy down there.

The ticket office is a shambles the amount of time I’ve waited got through to someone and they literally just hang up

I was also ripped off by CCFC booking office when i was making season ticket renewal enquiry and sadly the tickets office failed to answer and i was the victim of very high phone charge which made my blood boil. I then proceeded to email the club ticket office twice and yes you guest NO reply NO acknowledgement and therefore did not renew my season ticket as customer services is rather non exsistant , and this does not help pubic relations with fans so I empathise with those effected .
