Complain to ticket office manager or even better complain to Mr Choo as for tickets office try 03331243976 that's free for mobile allowance. Other thing can do is download weq4u app allows you to fone most premium rate calls at no cost to mobile allowance

Betis 6 days away,normally arrive within a day or too,cant contact ticket office to see if they have been sent out.

My Betis tickets arrived within 2 days of booking online.
Email the club and just ask to collect on the day. Won't be busy down there.
