SSN reporting that Fulham are in for Harry Arter.
Definitely see him as a Warnock type player who puts a good shift in the middle of the park. Surprised if we haven’t made enquiries about him. Also has that bit of Premiership experience.
Would be nice to see someone like that come to City rather than go to a rival.
