Tan is at it again he’s 1 of the richest guys in Malaysia and he gives warnock a shit budget we be the laughing stock again pathetic plus we should be beating the likes of Rotherham no matter what team we put out total rubbish

I don’t think this is tan saying no to budgets, the manager has an idea of what he wanted and what budget was needed, if it needs increasing it will get increased. 2 solid midfielders will make a world of difference. Add a striker and if we can a right back then I believe we can have a proper go at staying up. It’s not all doom and gloom, 2 midfielders is 100% a must the striker would be good a right back a bonus but we have to get the middle men.

Go on, I’ll bite.
VT has put an enormous amount into CCFC and after the nightmare and the legacy left when we last left the EPL I think he wants to make sure that the club is in a good position next year, whatever division we’re in. Add that to the debt to equity over last few weeks I think almost all fans are in agreement that the club is going in the right direction on and off the field - at long last.
I’m hoping we can sign one or two more before the season starts but I’m pleased with the calibre of players being brought in so far.
All opinions though mate.

tbh im quite pleased he is still here and we are stable, im not sure i would be.
this season is a bonus as was last season and i dont expect him to run up debts or take big risks...maybe next season if we stay up and our crowds are good

Why are they not good enough exactly?

Honestly?

Yes, I'd like to know why (in your opinion) they aren't good enough?

Maybe you've missed the part where we are planning on building a state of the art training facility

We need quality experience players let’s establish ourselves in the prem then spend on new training facilities

They are high end Championship players, will have to wait to see how they handle the Prem coz we are guessing at the min coz they haven’t played. But I’m disappointed on the budget it could of been stretched when taking into the amount of money which is a lot more than our last time in the prem.

I understand this point, but the reality is we can't afford to build a team of quality and experienced "premier-league" players.
The way I see it with our budget, we only really had two options (if we're focusing around "premier-league quality"):
1. Sign a couple of players that may have been in the premier league before, but again with our budget their quality would be limited.
2. Sign young(ish), hungry, high-end championship players all with a point to prove.
I wouldn't write them off just yet.

Debt being payed off, identity restored, crowds coming back, manager and players fighting for the shirt. The club is a shambles ffs
Thu Jul 26, 2018 8:30 pm
How do you work that out?

He's just written off over 60million of our clubs debt andyou scream he isn't putting enough in.
Thu Jul 26, 2018 8:36 pm
The squad needs improving that’s where the money is needed
Thu Jul 26, 2018 8:37 pm
I'm kinda with him in a way. I wouldn't say rubbish as this is disrespectful to the hard work from the players that has got us here in the first place. I do think though Tan is trying to stay in the league on a small budget for a season, but I'm afraid atm we will struggle with what we have got. Yes I know their may be signings but atm can you see us beating teams like palace, west ham, Watford? because I can't.

Some of our fans are deluded. Tan is best owner we have had in decades. Progress through stability

Training ground being invested in too, give the man a break FFS

Totally. Wright, Kumar, Hammam, Ridsdale et al are scumbags.
We are being run properly and within our means. Why on Earth would you want to jeopardise that if you know what we have been through
Thu Jul 26, 2018 8:49 pm
I can see our game plan from a mile out, I think we ll play for 38 draws

did you know Southampton have not bought one premiership standard player their fans are not happy either! palace bought no-one yet other clubs skimping on players as well, city Will struggle with whoever we bring in but if we do go down we will have the players to play in championship without going mad again buying more players it's a calculated risk but worth it in long term.

We need to establish ourselves in the prem. Not yoyo back and forth.

Totally agree

If we do go down which is of course possible, id rather have the likes of Murphy,Reid,Morrison, Bamba etc to give us a fighting chance to go back up rather then the likes of Medel,Caulker and a bunch of dubious Norweigans who want to leave when the going gets tough
