Not just because of this game but I’ve said this for ages.. last season he wasn’t that good we need a quality striker in this season or we will struggle massively for goals imo

He's not an out and out striker. Needs to play off someone. Simple as that.

What was his work rate like ?? I thought he was lazy and looked tired against torquay . Madine seems like he has got a point to prove from what ive seen in pre-season .

This is what I have been saying I know people will say it is only a friendly and that is fair enough, but if we are relying on Zohore and Madine then we are knackered which pains me to say, as they are showing no signs of quality against Rotherham and Torquay never mind against Man City or United.

Not sure why people expect him to score. He has his good points, but scoring goals is not one of them, and never really has been throughout his career.

I don't know why people single out Zohore, at the end of the day every single one of our players are unproven in the Premier league. Until they are given the chance no point making judgement IMHO.
