Lazio 'still in for Marko Grujic'
Cardiff’s pursuit of Marko Grujic has yielded precious little progress recently, although boss Neil Warnock remains hopeful that a deal can be done.
However, Cardiff appear to be just one admirer of the Serbian, with Serie A giants Lazio still believed to be interested in doing a deal - a permanent one.
But the Liverpool Echo claims they would need to pay around £20 million in order to prise him away from Merseyside, with the Reds themselves believed to prefer another loan move, and another loan to Cardiff has seemingly already been agreed in principle.
That would perhaps mean that Cardiff remain in the driving seat for his signature. Perhaps.
Cardiff are favourites to sign Grujic on loan and had the Serbian Free last season, this season Liverpool want some of his wages paid.
