A forum for all things Cardiff City

Who looks after the club website? It really is useless.
When you go to a site, any site really, you have a problem which needs solving. Looking for a pair of jeans online. Find a potential site, check it out, no suitable jeans so you still have the 'problem' and have to keep on looking. A site needs to put the information in front of you. Not bury it somewhere. Or worse still, leave it out all together.
So the City site. Bournemouth tickets. Criteria. Timings...... nothing. It defaults to eticketing. Which tells you nothing. I know they are released at 10.00am today. I know the criteria is ST with 7 last year aways. I know I qualify. But I don't know whether the Bournemouth game, which currently is not on my match ticket option drop down, will magically appear at 10.00am.
I don't know if I need to be on the ball. It doesn't say that we have an allocation of 1,700 and that only 950 supporters qualify under 7 aways rule, so no need to panic. It doesn't say when the criteria is lowered and what to. For example, supporters with 4 plus aways from last year can apply from 10.00am on Saturday. Supporters with 2 plus aways can purchase, if still available, from next wednesday. Or whatever.
All of this sort of information is available to Bournemouth supporters on their website.
Wake up City. Bit of help, bit of information, bit of respect.........

No. You are correct.
This forum is a much better source of information for the things that you have stated.

The club did post information about the Bournemouth away match last week although it’s not the first few topics on the club website now. To be honest it’s probably so popular it doesn’t even need advertising but I am with you, sometimes us fans need more I formation and regular updates.

It needs someone to take ownership of it and manage how the online engagement with fans should be structured.
As we say in work, it needs a product owner for online.
