Sky Sources understand Watford in talks with West Brom over the signing of goalkeeper Ben Foster.

Foster refused to travel with the rest of the squad for their pre-season training camp in Portugal last week.

He has one year left on his contract and had two season long loan spells with Watford in 2005/06 & 2006/07.The fee could be up to £3m

Looks like he is going to go for 2.5m which would have been a bargain for us. Opportunity lost?

would have been on high wages though.foster is a good keeper but his best years are behind him.
