West Ham have bid £27m for Nice winger Alassane Plea, according to Sky sources.
Newcastle, Fulham and Tottenham are also trying to sign Plea, who scored 20 goals for the Ligue 1 club last season.
Sky Sports News understands Nice value the 25-year-old at £30m.
