BRISTOL CITY FANS ARE NOT HAPPY

Furious Bristol City fans slam 'horrendous' Bobby Reid transfer link as Cardiff City look to poach star player AGAIN

Bristol City fans have reacted to one of their star players - Bobby Reid - being linked with a move to Cardiff City.

TeamTalk are reporting that Reid is due to have a medical at Cardiff City Stadium ahead of a proposed £10million switch from the Bluebirds' Severnside rivals.

It would be a great coup for Warnock in the transfer market, with 25-year-old Reid scoring 21 goals in all competitions for the Robins.

But unsurprisingly, the news hasn't gone down very well with Bristol fans.

The feeling appears to be similar to when the Bluebirds signed striker Lee Tomlin from Bristol City last summer, before he was loaned out to Nottingham Forest.

They were happy enough to sign a striker from Rovers last season.

Loved this quote about Reid....

What does Cardiff's football really need? Lungs and legs. Bobby Reid gets around that pitch at speed and has a aerobic endurance that is A+. For a team wanting to go long and hit runners in behind he is as good as it gets in the championship and out of possession he works as hard as any.

Isn't it just, they seem to hate Warnock as much as us as a club
! I think they are chuffed with the fact we've paid £2m over the asking price for a player in the last year on his contract
