Given the role parade by Welsh soldiers in the battle and the fact that one of the films most famous scenes-(however inaccurate)- is those soldiers singing Men of Harlech, I would respectively suggest that many people on a Cardiff City messageboard do care.

It says 28 people wrote in protest, thats barely a representation of the whole left. Not even sure it mentions who the people were, so they could be from any section of the political bracket.
In the vote, however, almost 18,000 have voted and 92% want it banned. Again, no mention of representation.

Your right Jim I did generalise and apologies for that but my point is there are a section of the left looking for Confluct when it's not there, I'll also add there are a fair share of idiots on the right but it's the attempts to shut down debate that wind me up.

28 people wrote a letter objecting and by all accounts have been overruled. No one is shutting down debate. Whether you agree with them or not (I don't) they had the right to object and they did so. Isn't that healthy?

Stupid generalisation, the people who want the film banned are idiots, but this group are hardly a representation of the left as this post implies.
