Seen a lot of arguments on here about two players in particular. Callum Paterson and Junior Hoilett.
This is based on our team last season.
Who do you think is our best player? No poll because I’ll be overloaded with the MOTM ones come August
Paterson? Hoilett? Other?
Callum Paterson for me

Both great players for us. For me Patterson he’s still only 22/23 and got bags of potential still, where Hoilett is at his prime.

Hoilett is our best player. However Patterson has the potential to develop into a really top player I can see him going for big bucks within the next 2 years.

Wouldn’t even have them close. Hoilett by a mile. Paterson had a good season but a long way behind Hoilett.

Cant really say who the best player is unless you break it down to defenders, midfielders and attack
Best defender - Bruno Manga
Midfielder - Joe Ralls
Attack - Junior Hoilett
Who is the Most influential player is a better question

Depends what position you referring too really but personally has to be Morrison as when he doesn’t play we look shaky at the back and always a threat at set pieces in the opposition box.

Hard to choose between Morrison and Hoilett. I'd just go for Junior for goals and assists and the sheer pleasure given to fans. He's been a class act and his three year contract is the best news of the summer.

I honestly think the jury is out on Patterson. Loads of energy and enthusiasm but his touch will need to improve in the Prem. His influence in the last month of the season certainly began to wane.
He had a great knack of scoring goals but even that began to dry up.
I hope that it was as a result of tiredness and a knock on from his long spell out through injury and no pre-season, time will tell.
Long way of saying Hoilett for me, based on performances so far.

Wow,surely Morrision would fit in here somewhere. If he, Bamba and Manga are as effective as they were last season that'll surely go a long way to keeping us up.
