Any News On Junior Hoilett & Gunnarsson Contract??

I know we are eager to know if either have resigned for the Bluebirds ahead of our return to the Premier League, I should imagine that the club are trying to tie down a contract asap, but not herd anything since I would really hope he stayed with us.
