The advertised milage was approx 700 miles different to what it is now as ready to go. Is this allowed? The garage stated that the advertised milage is what the previous owner had it valued at and it was recorded then on their system but then obviously did more milage before taking it to part ex it.

So basically they've advertised 10,400 and now it's on 11,000. The garage have said that they documented the milage when it was valued originally. Then when the previous owner bought it into the garage it had done another 700 miles...but they garage didn't update their system?

600 miles if it was 10,400 not 700 miles.
You’ve put an extra 100 miles on it already.
Even if it was 10,400 as opposed to 11,000 miles it wouldn’t put me off or effect the price realistically.
