I actually think he would be perfect for our playing style, delivering quality balls into the box for Morrison etc. I take your point about us getting someone in with pace, but what Snodgrass lacks in pace, he makes up for in dribbling ability, work rate, positional sense and end product. I think he would get more goals and assists than Hoilett.
Snodgrass has the Premier League experience as well, he showed what he could do for Hull in the Premiership and West Ham brought him in to be Payet’s replacement, that’s how well he was doing in the Premiership at the time. Snodgrass would be a definite upgrade on what we have in my opinion and I’m stunned people are saying they wouldn’t take him.
