Away tickets next season

Tue May 08, 2018 7:38 pm

I'll be interested to see how the away tickets are divvied out for the away games next season.

Has to be based on aways done this season for the first few away games surely?

Someone posted the away allocations the other day but I didn't look in case it jinxed us. Anyone find it?

I only did six aways last season but I'd be cheesed off if a newbie had the same away ticket rights as me.

I welcome everyone to our home games though - the more the merrier - and we're all City fans (except the plastics - ha ha! Only joking :))

Funny enough asked question to Damien serle on Sunday he thinks it will be by how many away games this season!!! Even coperate seats won't get preferential treatment apparently

And why should they get preferential treatment
Away history must be used imo

I'm pretty sure they did last time although I think the take up was pretty minimal. I also thought they prioritised season ticket holders over members at least at the start of the season. If they go on this season then I'll be ok as I've been to 15 but I really don't want to get a season ticket that I'll seldom use.

Because pay twice as much as any other ST around £950 and normally get extra perks for that price like free entry for cup games, access to players and I had extra tickets for both cup final's we were in. But like said not sure will get away ticket perk.

They have to look after the regular travellers - whether members or season ticket holders.

Away games for the first 4 away will be based on this seasons away in the Championship :thumbright: :bluebird:

But Premier Seats last time were allowed 4 aways

Hope you're right Annis. Would be the fairest way - particularly if those 4 include a glamour trip to Man Utd etc or Bournemouth with a small allocation.

Pretty sure that in 2013 tickets to West Ham were restricted depending on away matches in the promotion season. Can't see why it wouldnt be any different this time.

They were. Also had to pick them up from the boot of someone’s car at a service station

last time
5 of the the first 6 away games were based on ST or member who had been to 6 aways the previous season, for some reason Fulham was 1st come first served.
from the 7th game on the criteria was based on the aways attended in the prem season.

Thanks, that's useful to know. Hopefully something similar this time round.

It was last time.

Man United/Chelsea Away was totally unfair as I never knew half our away support, spoke to many in a pub near Earls Court and they had never been away with City before, they got their tickets from friends in the Premier Seats :o

After the first 4 aways will the rest of the aways be available to all season ticket holders and gold memberships Annis?

I didn't think we sold out for half the games last time so aside of the top 6 and Bournemouth I think people will get tickets for most games fairly easily.

Price . Of your seat does . Not mean your a, better supporter .and does . Not. Mean you have . Supported our team away .
Away tickets should allways go to those who have gone away the most end of
