Swansea are currently in the bottom three on goal difference behind Southampton. Huddersfield then sit three points ahead of these two.

This is the penultimate game of the season for each of these clubs. On the final day, Swansea host Stoke and Southampton are at home to Man City. Huddersfield go to Chelsea tomorrow before hosting Arsenal on the final day.

Stoke are already relegated and West Brom are all but down - their relegation will be confirmed if either team wins tonight.
