Season tickets finance

Can anyone help me it says the finance option can be done over 10 months is that from start of purchase

Mine started about one month after purchase.

There was interest on it this year

And st cancelled imediately plus will have debt collectors after you as still have to pay full amount

Was same as previous years a fee at beginning of contract call it interest but think they call it setting up fee!
