Sir Alex Ferguson is reportedly making good progress following emergency surgery on a brain haemorrhage.
The Daily Mail reported that the former Manchester United manager was still in intensive care "but was sitting up talking to family and friends at Salford Royal Hospital" on Tuesday (NZT).
The 76-year-old, who is British football's most decorated manager, had emergency surgery on Sunday (NZT).
