SNOWGATE - PRESTON NORTH END

Mon May 07, 2018 8:59 am

In the end it had no bearing on us, although even after yesterday I'm sill just as bitter. Preston on the other hand have lost out on a play off place directly as a consequence of Derby's manipulation of the fixtures to suit their injury crisis. Its not right and I really hope Derby get their comeuppance over it.

Unfortunately football being what it is there was no garauntee we would have beaten them? certainly if I was Preston I would be pissed off at fact lost out potentially because derby manipulated the situation to gain an advantage against us! But having
Said that we should gave beaten derby anyway but for meltdown by our players. :old:

Their very next game, after Snowgate, they lost at home to Sunderland 3-0. I really think we would have beaten them, my friend.

Agree! It's anyone but Derby for me now. I personally don't see them getting past Fulham anyway.

If Derby go up after their snowgate antics and the Jacks stay up I'm not sure who I want to beat more.

Well okay it's the Jacks but Derby will be a close second.

Liverpool/Chelsea/Man Utd third

That's a very good point.
