This is on the message board. It seems that they are not impressed with their style for the playoffs!
Sad we missed our opportunity to go up today. Birmingham outplayed us and for some reason appear to wanted the game more than we did. It’s always in hingsighf to criticise the manager but he got it perfectly right 18 times out of the last 23 and on the other 5 occasions, he wasn’t too wrong either so why criticise him now. We can’t have it both ways - our style of football will always have the odd bad days - today was a bad one! Maybe that’s what we needed to get the unbeaten run out of our system ahead of the most 3 important matches of the season! I think we are still in a strong position. So let’s get behind the manager and the team - today could be so different if Picazón scored in the first 10mins or Mitrovic scored his header on the 85th!!! But we lost the match but we haven’t yet lost the promotion battle! Coyw

Derby ran riot against Barnsley today with 3 different goal scorers. This doesn't augur well, for when we play them on Friday. I can see us conceding at least 3 goals, so we score at least twice to stay in touch for the 2nd leg, and remember that the team that finishes 6th, usually gets that final promotion spot. Except last season of course. ! !

I am also concerned that our style of football is not suitable for play-offs, because we don't run though brick walls to get the job done, which is what's required in a knock-out scenario. I've watched us on several occasions and our tempo is very often low-key from the start, instead of creating wave after wave of attacks. Derby, if they've studied our losses, will throw everything at us from the off, get a goal lead and still pursue the game. And if we ease off they'll hit us again, just like QPR and Brentford. However, having said that, if we get through this potential minefield, I rate our chances at Wembley as both the occasion and wide pitch would suit us more than Villa or Boro (who could try to copy us with play crowd pleasing 'attractive' football.)

AK 47 excepted. Wish other key players had his 'never say die' attitude. Even a team not playing well can eke out a result with this attitude and desire.

But they play the 'right' way? The Premier League needs them?! Football needs them?!
Nothing sweeter than seeing them lose yesterday.

Yes crowd pleasing football is fantastic but it didn't get them promoted did it?

still arrogant even in defeat says a lot about their fans.

Before Mitrovic went there, they were nothing special. We might have gone up sooner had we signed a goal scorer.

There’s some very bitter fans on their Forum this morning, I see a couple of city fans are on there stirring the pot

I hope they bottle it now
