Neil Warnock said tonight that he hopes the club can arrange something soon, hopefully next Sunday for the club and fans to celebrate promotion on the streets of the city

Perfect time to do it then. But probably a lot of complaints if it over shadows the car free day and activities planned.
Won't be able to go down St Mary Street at the Castle Street end.
Why not have it all down The Bay. Just a stage in Roald Dahl Plas. They can come in on speed boats.
