Warnock’s leadership

Must be one of the best leaders ever, never mind one of the best football managers!
He leads from the front and gets the very best out of what little resources he has and inspires enough fight to overcome the most daunting odds. A determination and style of not knowing when he is beaten, which filters through everyone.
You can have all of the money in the Premier League, but you simply cannot put a price on that! A great leader for sure and I doubt we will see a manager of his ilk again in any league ever, never mind at Cardiff City!
He certainly deserves another shot at the top and we are so lucky that it looks to be with us. He will always be a legend whatever happens now!

That's a great post and absolutely true. Warnock really is a great leader. He's a fantastic manager in every sense but the way he's always in the thick of it, protecting his players, sticking up for them, rebuking them if necessary is true leadership. He'll just as easily tear a new one into big Sol Bamba as put an encouraging arm around Gary Madine. He's in the vanguard, he gives no quarter nor expects to receive any. What an unbelievable talisman to have at the help. Respect!
