GUNNERS OUT, BRYSON OR GRUJIC TO COME IN SUNDAY??

Hi all not long until the much anticipated game on Sunday.

As we all know Gunners is out through Injury, just wanted to know your thoughts on who you think will come into the side?

BRYSON- who offers energy, determination and in your face kind of player who can also pick out a pass OR

GRUJIC - Who offers an eye for a pass, and eye for a goal, technically very sound with great ability on the ball.

This is me assuming Paterson and Ralls get the nod to start in the midfield. but with Warnock as we all know like to keep us guessing.

And btw I'm not a plastic supporter. I have recently joined the forum but have followed the City for 20 years thanks to my old man. I'm 25 years of age, I held season tickets for many years at the old Ninian Park. I remember the good old days and I was there for another special night when we beat Leeds 2-1 at home in the cup! what a day. Anyway just a little insight and I'm very much looking forward to the game Sunday even though watching City is never good for the heart rate! COME ON!!BLUEBIRDS!!

Grujic for me, he also adds that extra bit of height into midfield.

Did Warnock say Paterson isn't 100%? could be both of them. Gives a nice balance to midfield.

Big pick, would think he’ll go with Bryson. The way reading pinged the ball around at the Madejski earlier this season, I’d think he’ll want the legs to press on the front foot and stop Reading from playing their game.

Also think we could potentially see Damour come on as he seems to get about. Think Warnock will leave out Grujic after his reckless first half at Hull

Yes Grujic does add extra height I do agree there and he is an extra threat from set pieces I suppose.

I'm not to sure about that with Paterson I haven't heard anything maybe I have missed that??

Maybe so then but I'm glad we have options in the midfield area.

Yes I did see Grujic didn't have the best of how ever long he did play against Hull. Maybe that will go against him come Sunday.

Big decision nonetheless but a decision Warnock will need to contemplate over the coming days.

For me I would play both. I’d have Bryson in, instead of Paterson and Grujic sitting alongside Ralls. I just feel Paterson has gone slightly off the boil recently, whether that be tiredness or a niggly injury. So I’d put Bryson up there to get in their face, and don’t forget he does get in some great positions.
In an ideal world I would prefer to go for a 4-4-2 instead though with Ken and Gary up top and Grujic and Ralls in the middle. But the strikers would have to work when we’ve not got possession.

Grujic would be steadier this time out I think as he just looked over keen last time out, probably just glad to get a game.

Both decent, don't really mind, but if I had to call one it would be Bryson, just a bit scared you Grujic would make a mistake or get sent off.

its a real shame he's injured but I'm glad Gunner is not going to play !!!

Yes me personally I would put Grujic in from the start with Paterson and Ralls.

I'm a big fan of Paterson as he gets goal , works hard off the ball and is a Warnock type player and I feel we are gonna need the energy in midfield on Sunday.

Grujic can provide that pass and has that little bit more quality for me and think he has come on leaps and bounds since his first few games for us putting Hull to one side of course. To be honest I think Liverpool will give him more of a go in their midfield next season as IMO he is a much better player than Emre Can and Jordan Henderson. Also he is only young and will keep developing.

We need to win the game and i think pace on the wings can really hurt Reading. So for me the midfield should be....

NML, Grujic, Ralls, Bryson, Hoillett

I’d play Grujic. He's done well at home. Big lad wins headers, classy passer. He’s struggled positionally when not in posession (many blamed this on Gunnar returning- im not convinnced), but with Pato and Rallsy buzzing around should be fine. Bryson does have a lot of energy, good pressing but doesn't win many headers or stay on his feet. Like them both.

I would prefer Grujic as it's at home but I would hope Neil would warn him about the consequences of being sent off
