' READING SELL ALL THEIR TICKETS & GET EXTRA '

Total tickets now 2,106 in total for Reading.

Extra allocation for final day drama!

Royals sell out initial allocation and order final allocation for travelling supporters

Reading FC

Tuesday 1st May 2018

It's a trip down the M4 for an all-important clash with Neil Warnock's promotion-chasing Cardiff City on Sunday and, having sold out our initial allocation of 1,605 tickets, we now have another 501 tickets to sell.

We have now received that additional allocation for the final away fixture of the season, taking our full allocation to 2,106.

However, these tickets are only on sale to Season Ticket Holders and existing members with a purchase history at Reading Football Club.

Each qualifying supporter can purchase up to four tickets online in their own name. Supporters wishing to purchase more than four tickets, are asked to phone the Ticket Office on 0118 968 1313, where we will be more than happy to assist.

The last post date for these tickets is Thursday 3rd May, 3pm. And all tickets will go off sale at midday on Friday 4th May!

So this is your last chance this season to back the boys and make some noise!

For the second season running, Cardiff have agreed to reciprocate our 'Twenty's Plenty' offer to away supporters, so Reading supporters will not pay more than £20 for their advance match ticket.

I thought we were reducing the segregation areas to allow more city fans to attend. Does the sale of these extra tickets to Reading now mean that there will be no segregation or perhaps just 1 row of seats between the different fans.

We tried to.

But yes the segregation has been made a lot smaller than usual :thumbright: :bluebird:

But funny when we were in Prem, there was NO segregation.

Unfortunately because the away team have to be offered a minimum amount of tickets. It's offered in batches in case they don't have the demand. In this case now that they have asked for the last batch Reading FC have to pay for them even if they don't sell them, but they will sell them.

I suspect our club are reciprocating and allowing them extra tickets, the same as they did for us at Reading!

Ah well that's only fair, if they sent us more then we can't argue. It's just as important for them as it is for us.

Possibly the biggest away support from Reading since the fa Cup game back in 1990s....or did I just imagine that?

I remember a few seasons back we played them twice, normal league fixture and in the play offs. we took 4000 in the league yet they restricted us to 2500 in the play offs to accommodate their own so this is a bad move, should have looked after blue and white fans of Cardiff and sod reading.
